Gabriel “Gabe” Arteaga, Business Coach and Facilitator

As the CoFounder of Create&, Gabriel “Gabe” Arteaga trains local government agencies, community-based organizations, entrepreneurs, and social impact ventures on various innovation frameworks like Design Sprints, Lean Startup, storytelling and Community Experience Design (CxD) to launch their big ideas. He works at the intersection of social impact, innovation, and Human-Centered design and creates virtual and physical environments that are immersive and interactive to foster creative conversations that develop new products, services, offerings, and strategic plans – and he helped Completely get its start designing our brand and business strategy back when we were founded in 2019.

Tapping into decision makers, and their teams’ creativity and curiosity to discover new ways of building with their constituencies in mind and optimizing work cycles is at the core of what excites him about his work. Talking to end users, piloting and charting out plans to understand more about the problem space to find solutions to the most pressing and peskiest of business challenges is his favorite element of the process. Gabe is fascinated by and interested in exploring more about how technology and specifically AI can be deployed in the social impact space where margins may be small, but impact is immense.

Gabriel has an MBA with a focus on Key Executive Leadership from American University and a B.A. in Political Science/Social Science with a focus on Ethnographic Research from the University of California, Riverside. He enjoys running along the Potomac and the National Mall in Washington, DC.

More value in 6 months of coaching than in 10 years of therapy. Sarah helped me have more self-compassion, while also working with me to create a plan that I felt good about to move forward with my life.
